new psychotherapist help?

Can anyone recommend a great psychotherapist near alton in Hampshire or Farnham in Surrey? I have been seeing one for 2 years, but it is getting increasing difficult to find childcare and to travel as she is very far from where I live (I moved a year ago and carried on seeing her). She specialises in trauma and body issues. I am also interested in people who do practice hypnotherapy with psychotherapy, but this is not essential. I would really like to find someone who is recommended as there as so many people out there. I am looking for a woman not a man. Thank you for any help.

You need to look at the BACP site (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) who are all registered practitioners. You should be able to find details of someone in your area. The thing is about recommending someone is that it really is an individual thing and what suits one doesn't suit another. As you will know you need to feel comfortable and safe in your relationship with the therapist and you can only know this by meeting. I had someone recommended to me who I just could not get on with and had to try 2 others before I found the right one.
