I am so sorry to hear about your situation. Sorry, I have no real help or advice. I just wondered, are there any charities or organisations which relate to any of your or your son's conditions? Maybe these could help you access some support?

Please go to see the GP even if it is the locum. The locum GP can still assess your situation and draw up a plan with you on how to get on top of your low mood.
You have received bad news today and naturally will feel low. Maybe you will feel slightly better once you have rested. Please ensure you are still looking after yourself by eating and drinking. If you are low on sugar and dehydrated that will only make you feel worse.
Is your DS living with you?
