Question for anyone with Bipolar, do you ever feel really jittery?

My mood is quite settled atm. But feel really jittery all over, especially in my legs. Don't know if what I'm saying makes sense but I'm a bit worried I going to become hypomanic again. Do I phone my cpn or just ride it out?

I'm not really sure what to advise, but I didn't want to read and run. I'm rapid cycling, and I do get jittery sometimes. For me it used to be the start of a mild "up" followed by a bout of depression, that was until I was diagnosed with having panic attacks too. Got new meds for the panic attacks, and they gradually stopped.

If I get jittery now, I usually clean Hmm and ride it out. That said, if I thought it was getting worse, and I was getting worried, I would definately ask for help.

Hope you're ok.

I'm not too bad thanks, just want to nip this in the bud before I get worse. Thanks for replying x

If your CPN is any good I'd contact them. Even if they advise that you do nothing and wait and see what happens, at least there'll be a record which might be useful in future. I hate that jittery feeling :(

Yes I get jittery. Sometimes it subsides, sometimes it becomes a mixed state. It is worth mentioning to GP/CPN
