Is anyone else obsessed with swimming? It is at the moment the only thing helps me with anxiety. When i am not swimming i think about it. I guess it is the endorphins from the exercise. I also want to be alone a lot at the moment and swimming is good for that. It sounds strange but i worry about times i won't be able to go swimming. For example getting out with little ones in the house. Sometimes i go out before they have all got up.
