Am I wrong not to want to talk about it?

I have just started having CBT for my anxiety (GAD) and my husband wanted me to tell him what went on in my session. For some reason, I do not want to go over it with him, it's not that we talked about him or anything, I just feel I want to keep what I am doing to myself while I get my head round it. Even re-reading this it sounds silly. I am wrong, should I try and tell him about it?

Tell him about it when you are ready Bomper, as you say you need to get your own head round it first, CBT can be stressfull before it starts to show benefits so its understandable you dont want to go over it again with your DH but its good he is taking an interest.
