I call mine "the poison" but I think it is a good idea to give it a more cuddly name. I shall have a think :)

I really should evict her, she's never paid any rent and makes such a mess in my head. And don't get me started on the noise...

Mine is the must fix it elf,thinking I can always put things right and my elf eggs me on to keep at it like a dog with a nice chewy bone!The hardest thing is my little elf speaking to me and convincing me I can help someone who isn't ready to be helped and doesn't want to listen.He gets hopping mad when they don't carry out my orders!

I have many ups and downs with my depression, more ups than downs, but the bad times always come as sure as night follows day. As it is sometimes called blips by the medics, I call it Blipsville and get e mails and texts from friends saying Are you in BV? It's just a shorthand way really without asking for too much info. Though if I am they will always come and see me or phone.
