Hello Daisy,

Do three things every day that make you feel good - no matter what. Life is for enjoyment - you deserve to enjoy it as much as the next person.

Have a warm bath with some nice ylang ylang and lemon balm.

Go on to you tube and find something to make you laugh - I dont know what you like but I find French and Saunsders Parodies hilarious - my sister and I laugh at the Corrs parody which we think is really funny - you might think us very sad!!

Do you know anything about the release technique?

If not its easy - you just think about something that makes you feel bad, then say to yourself, how would I feel if I had never thought, felt or experienced this? If I could have that feeling now could I let this go?

If I could let it go would I?
Could you let it go if it meant your not feeling or thinking it any longer and your having a feeling of peace and happiness?
Would you let it go if you could?
When will you let it go?

Every time these thoughts of unhappiness and overwhelm come up go through the same process.
It works on everything.

Also, have you tried taking zinc and ionic minerals?
The New Era Tissue Salt Kali Phos from Holland and Barret (£4.99) is also very good and will help.

Good luck my friend. The release technique will help. I care. Many people. Let me know how you get on.

Haleheart, is the ylang ylang and lemon balm in the droplet form, not explaining v well, do you put the drops in your bath?

Good luck Daisy.
