Passive aggressive, am I? Is dd?

I know it's never wise to read lists of symptoms, but just read about passive aggressives and seems to fit me disturbingly well. All the stuff I fight against and struggle to understand cones in the list. Worryingly, I see things in dd already that seem to fit too, she hates competition, amongst other things. What can I do? Or am I stuck like this?

bumping for you

(you inspired me to go and look up the symptoms, and I can claim quite a few. Which to be honest I already knew. It was the family dynamic I grew up in, I now find expressing anger nearly impossible, and sometimes it just leaks out in other ways!)

Hopefully someone wiser will come along with advice for you.

Thank you! Just had a bit of a light bulb moment. Makes me worried about how to help dd express anger appropriately.
