I am scaring myself silly, am on the verge of baracading myself and DD in the bedroom. Going to end up in full on melt down at this rate

Hi, I did go out and have managed to calm myself down a little. I suffer with really bad anxiety and sometimes it just manifests in really strange ways. I was so worked up before even my knees felt shakey

Glad you are feeling a little bit better. Hope you are getting some help with your anxiety. Do let off steam here some more if it gets bad again.

Glad you're feeling better. How did you calm yourself down? what are you stressed about at the moment?
