Schizoaffective Disorder

I have been diagnosed with this at 36...after many different diagnoses.

I am starting to feel pretty unwell again, I have an appointment with my Psych on Feb 14th, I am hoping we can nip this in the bud.

Is there anyone else out there with this diagnosis?

All I can tell you is that i was diagnosed about 10 years ago and have pretty normally will help of initmitant medication and some CBT.

Also a supportive DP which helps.

Its probably something you will learn to have more control of and find things that work. Glad you have appointment and reckon things can only get better!
