had a bit of couselling
nothing changes

feel horrendous
just wanna sleep
look after my son

house a mess

have you tried cognitive behavioural therapy?

Have you talked to your GP about altering your dosage or changing the type of ADs you're on? If not, that's a good first step.

Are there any support groups in your area specifically for mums?
