Hi. Am on a phone so is hard to write too much... Just looking for someone who understands really... Had severe anxiety disorder as part of pnd after the birth of my son 2.5 years ago. Have been having a tough time recently and anxiety symptoms have returned. Am terrified that it'll turn into the crippling depression that i experienced before. Any advice welcome! Thanks
