Usualy stay in SN and chat, but feel the need to venture here.

I've been struggling with depression for years now, and I've just been put back on prozac by docs after thinking I'd been so good being off it for 4 years now. Doctor has also suggested counselling, but didn't go into great depth because I was such a pleb crying during the appointment.

Anyway, are there any threads on the SN that I can join where I can talk about my worries, things that go on in my mind and such? Feel I need to join one to help me through this.

Hey 5inthebed we've met before on SN - my little ds has cerebral palsy. Don't post there much, lots here, hey ho that's how life goes.

Just talk about what bothers you - we're friendly here like on SN and support each other x

This is avoid topic with lots of supportive people. I don't post a lot but it helps me to read some of the advice.
Once your medication starts to work then if you can, seek some counselling. It is good to be able to talk to people who are impartial.
