I wondered if anyone could direct me to a mental health forum..have questions to ask but daren't do it here...dp thinks I am mental and he knows I go on here.

Um - you could name chance like MissTired suggested. Or you could search for the specific area of questioning you are re struggling with and see if there is a forum for that.

From what I know and a quick search (not saying it is comprehensive or any of them are any good mind you!) there is:
for self-harm: - NSHN;SIARI;

General mental health - mental-health forums (I think it breaks down into specific areas, after a quick look, but don't think it is UK bases)....

there are lots out there, guess some are better than others. Some are religous bases, some not, some UK based, some charity based like Mind Support and NHSH.

Sorry, dont' have any experience of these.
