Been to see my GP about my anxiety

He is referring me for CBT but he recommended some reading too

Has anyone got some good recommendations for books on anxiety?

TIA

You're welcome.

This is a bit left field but have you ever watched the TV show The Dog Whisperer? It is very therapeutic for me as it is always about balance and remaining calm whatever the situation.
