I was abused for 8 years [at least] by my bastard brother the problem is he's never been charged and now his surviving son [his youngest died aged 13] has got married I'm worried in case they have children especially daughters as children stay over at grandparents don't they.If they do, do I say something. I don't really see him but he does no me. But its brought it all back coupled with all the medical problems I've suffered which I'm beginning to think is his fault.

My immediate response would be yes you should say something. For one thing you will always have the fear that he may be hurting another child (if you don't worry about that already).
