Having trouble

I have really hit rock bottom out of the blue since july,am on valafaxin xr 225,for the last 6 weeks or so,so many bad days and finding it so hard to cope..

I used to take seretraline,and was fine on that,but when i tried that first in july it had no effect,got gp tomorrow,should i ask to go bk on sertraline to c if that helps?

do you mean Venlafaxine (Efexor)? just wanted you to know i was put on this medication once and i had serious side effects when they increased the dose and it left me pretty unwell. in my experience sertraline much better, see what you doc says. hope it goes well tomorrow x

thank you,i also have no interest in food,dur to depression but now is a huge factor in me getting better,i am a single mum of 2 under 8s and i am finding it so hard to cope with getting up let alone day to day things...
