I remember and am always so glad when I see you posting. That probably sounds very strange seeing as you have no idea who I am, but you really made an impression on me and am glad you are getting on with your life.

essbee I don't know anything about you and you don't know me but I'm sending you all the good thoughts and wishing you well honey. Sleep tight.

Of course it was a positive impression. Enjoy feeling lovely. Hope the move goes well, so good to hear you looking forward to the future.

DelGirl · 07/09/2005 22:58

so pleased things are getting better for you Essbee and looking forward to meeting you again at the xmas do

Aero · 07/09/2005 22:58

Oh essbee - I for one am always glad to see you posting and your situation has very recently been brought home to me with my sisters suicide attempt just over three weeks ago. Seeing a positive post from you helps me to believe her when she says she just wants to move on with her life and try and improve things for herself iyswim. So I'm very glad you're both still around and that life is getting better for you.

I ate garlic earlier so no curse is chasing me!

Thomcat · 07/09/2005 23:07

Hello you It's not dwelling if you can look back and realise how well you've done, how far you've come, how much better you feel, all in 6 months. You can't pretend it didn't happen can you so just use the memory in a positive way, just keep remembering it as somewhere you never want to return to, that it's only ever upward from now on.

Yeah me too, glad it happened but really not sure i'd revisit that momnent, i thought i would but ... oh i dunno, maybe I would???? I just framed a picture of me doing it last week actually!

Aero · 07/09/2005 23:19

That's ok essbee. My thread was this one . Makes a bit grim reading though, so feel free to not click. Things are improving now though and the medication seems to be doing it's job.
Thanks for that offer - I'm hoping my sister can come to a point when she can make that same statement about how precious life is.
