lofepramine

I've finally been to see the gp about depression and been prescribed lofepramine to start taking tonight as he said its safe to take while bf. When I got home there is no leaflet inside to advise any side effects so just wondered if anyone on here has taken them and what thier experience was?

hi browniebear i have to say i was on this antidepressant for about 3yrs and found it really good, the only side effects i had was alot of sickness when i started taking them and i lost alot of weight whilst on them as i had no appetite with them, hope this little bit of info helps you, but have to say it's not very good starting you on a antidepressant without a leaflet cos we all need to know the pros n cons of all medication.
