On another thread a poster mentioned Human Givens as a method of treating depression (form of counselling I think)
Anyone know anything about it or had experience of it??

I think, Human Givens approach is about focusing on what you want to change in your life and then working towards it.

Hopefully, someone else will know more!

Hi swallow, didn't want to ask you on other thread what Human Givens approach is about as didn't want to make thread all about me if you know what I mean, which is why I started separate thread Blush
