Hiya just wanted to say that it WILL get better, it's hard to get perspective when you are feeling rubbish but I promise things will look different in time. In the meantime, get all the help and support you can, give yourself a break and be kind to yourself. Hope you are feeling better soon. x

Hope so....i am waiting too! Shock

In my rational mind i know it will but sometimes i get scared and think i'll never wake up and feel normal and happy ever again.

But as my counsellor pointed out...where is the evidence that i will never feel better? there isn't any! I have felt ok for the most part of my life and thru more stressful situations sometimes too so the evidence suggests i will very probably be fine....just have to ride it out for now.

Good luck! Smile

Hi littlemarshmallow haven't seen you around for a while.

Sorry to hear you are still struggling. Are you still at uni?

Yes, you will get better. You WILL.

It's the illness that makes you believe you will never get better. I know, I have been there at rock bottom.

However, I came through it. Life is good, not perfect, but good. And I wouldn't swap my life with anyone's.

Hope you are ok.
