I suffer from health anxiety, usually centred around myself and my dd, but at moment I am convinced dh has cancer or similarly hoorid illness.

dh has been overweight since we met but over last few months has lost over 2 stone. He cycles daily, works in physically hard job and says he is eating a lot less junk.

He isn't taking my worries seriously - I guess living with someone who worries constantly about cancer gets boring!! But I can't stop worrying.

Well if he is cycling, working physically and eating less junk, I don't think it's unreasonable for him to have lost 2 stone in a few months TBH. Actually when someone is over-weight they burn more calories and the weight just flies off at the beginning.

If you are worried about health, there are a lot more implications for being over weight. I think your DH should be congratulated on his weight loss! It has actually probably helped him NOT get some serious illness like heart disease or cancer.

Please try not to worry. Smile
