PND as Health Anxiety

Has anyone had any experience of PND manifesting itself as health anxiety? I need to get a grip on this before I am banned from every consulting room in town.

Yes-generally felt very anxious but was also convinced there was something drastically wrong with my heart, because my chest felt so tight all the time!

Thanks -- did you find anything in particular (medication, therapy, anything) dealt with the anxiety? I am currently teetering between various forms of cancer; am trying to stay away from Google, but would appreciate any other coping strategies!

I've got it too! had it with all 3 of my little ones. i've taken medication every time and had counselling. worked very well, although if im feeling stressed or tired it comes back.
