pms what to take that's natural?

hi, i've been noticing that about a week before my AF my mental state starts to deteriorate, is there anything natural i can start taking or things i can eat that will help balance my hormones? there's a heap of reasons as to why i feel the way i do, but wonder if pms has anything to do with it!

I take extra strength evening primrose oil which for me does make a difference (with anxiety and low mood) but have been told that starflower oil is also good.

I have re-started (as I always have good intentions which tail off!) Agnus Castus (lots of threads about that on here) Magnesium OK, Dong Quai and Siberian Ginseng. These are to balance my mood and help with my energy levels. Bear in mind though that you probably won't see any affect for about 3 months. I never had any joy with epo - some people find it helps physical symptoms.

I take Vitamin B6 which I think helps.
