Morning all, down 0.9 kgs today, im over the moon!!! Definitely keeps me motivated to stay on track.

Good luck to all the faster today

ginsparkles · 25/02/2021 10:39

Yay! Well done @Lilice

harriethoyle · 25/02/2021 10:39

Well done @Lilice Grin

I've maintained which I'm delighted with in light of lack of kitchen and my period being due any day. Not going to lose next week because it's my birthday on Tuesday and we've got parties on Tues (with the kids) and Sat (zoom) but each month I'm just slowly creeping downwards. Happy with that because this really doesn't feel like a diet but a way of life! And thus infinitely sustainable Halo

Also got our wedding photos back and they're all AMAZING and none in which I'm unhappy with how I look. It's a miracle!

ListeningQuietly · 25/02/2021 11:15

Well done Lilice
That is a nice steady rate of loss.

Harriet The picture you shared after your wedding was lovely. Delighted the posh ones are great too.

And yes, this is a way of eating that you can use on and off for the rest of your life to stay at or near happy weight

I have no idea what I weight do not own scales but when my gym re opens I suspect the Boditrax machine will laugh at me.
Ah well.

Well done @Lilice!

KobaniDaughters · 25/02/2021 14:23

Well done @Lilice and that’s so lovely that you were delighted with your wedding photos @harriethoyle

Afraid I totally failed my FD yesterday, lost all will power and fell into a massive tub of cashews face first and it all went downhill from there. Ah well. Will just listen to my body today and have plenty of protein and fast tomorrow as planned

harriethoyle · 25/02/2021 14:49

I'll spam you all with one more and then I'll stop Wink the advantage of a Christmas elopement is EXCELLENT background decorations!

KobaniDaughters · 25/02/2021 15:52

Yeah I had planned the week out! No matter, forgiveness is the way to get back on track, I know if I start beating myself up I’m more likely to give in completely

LOVE the photo @harriethoyle

Bottl · 25/02/2021 16:02

Excellent sv @Lilice - congratulations!

Love the photo @harriethoyle...show us some more! And glad the scales are still moving in the right direction for you.

Benjispruce2 · 25/02/2021 16:59

@harriethoyle that’s a stunning photo! Congratulations.

I’ve got through the whole day on a small banana at 12. I’m about to think about dinner. Fancy an omelette.

Benjispruce2 · 25/02/2021 17:01

Was going to say @harriethoyle that you don’t look like someone on a ‘weight loss’ thread but I guess that goes for a lot of us.

harriethoyle · 25/02/2021 17:18

I'm 9kg down from last January @Benjispruce2 and finally happy in my own skin! And intending to keep it that way Grin

@Bottl Don't tempt me... we have c.370!! 😂

ListeningQuietly · 25/02/2021 17:22

I'll send that picture to Bigchoc when I next chat to her as she secretly loves to know how well people are doing.

Benjispruce2 · 25/02/2021 17:56

That’s brilliant @harriethoyle, another congratulations for you!StarGrin

I’ve had a mushroom and red onion omelette with 10g cheese and a few tbsp baked beans and it really hit the spot. Hope other fasters have had a good day.

ginsparkles · 25/02/2021 18:08

Oooh @harriethoyle ! What a stunning photo! Xx

flindorama · 25/02/2021 20:21

Lovely photo @harriethoyle I got married at Christmas time too. Such a lovely time plus no hayfever or squinting into the sun.

So 2nd fast day today! Nearly lost it entirely but stopped myself.

Had a lovely spiced chickpea thing I made up a for lunch and then had planned lemon salmon and spinach but DS12 accidentally kicked the corner of the patio instead of a football. Result, chipped break in his big toe but luckily not the top of foot which looks terrible. All swollen and bruised.

Only just back from A&E in the last hour. I got everyone else McDonald's and I made my salmon!!!! I'm quite full and feeling smug with myself 🤣

Now I need to practise my interview questions for tomorrow! Its also my Dads 70th so may have a teeny glass of champagne and cake over Zoom.

PartTimeDomesticGoddess · 25/02/2021 21:08

Hello Smile Can I join please?
I haven't done any IF for a few months, but my jeans have got very tight and I need to either do something about it or buy the next size up (which I'm not prepared to do!)
Breaking myself in with just one FD this week, which was today. Have eaten 20g of cashews, a small portion of Egyptian black bean soup (from my Celia Brooks 5:2 recipe book) and shakshuka with spinach, capers and silken tofu. Reckon I'm at roughly 500 and am taking myself off for an early night

Lilice · 25/02/2021 22:36

Aww hope your little boy has a speedy recovery, and good luck for tomorrow @flindorama . And well done for resisting a Macdonald's!

Welcome @PartTimeDomesticGoddess

Benjispruce2 · 26/02/2021 06:50

Whoop another 1lb off.Grin

Humphriescushion · 26/02/2021 07:12

Oh lovely photo @ harriet, love the dress. And well done @ benji and others with a loss.
.3 on for me! So have put on what i lost last week. Not sure why, though i may have not been counting as accurately on nfd, so back to basics. Am a bit disappointed but is the first blip, and a small warning that i cant relax too much.
