I'm exercising every day in the gym.
I run for 12 mins, row 2kms, cross train for ten min and do weights for my legs, arms and bottom.
That's every other day - Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I go for a 20 minute swim because I'm quite tired.
I'm not seeing much change in my flabby thighs and rump but will keep on going.....
I was thinking that with the summer holidays coming, I just won't be able to get to the gym as much. So, I need a dvd to keep the flab off.
Please can anyone recommend one - not a mental one like Nell McAndrew (v. boring).
