actually, I suppose not a blister exactly. toe next to little one got a nasty scratch on Monday (after my run) from thorns in my mates garden, made it bleed/sore etc. Yesterday, non running day, caught same toe, slightly different place, on a trolley wheel. Really painful, made me feel sick (I know pathetic really) lifted a big flap of skin up and bled all into my flip flop!
Even with a padded plaster today it is pretty painful. Should I leave it another day to let it heal, or should i just run through the pain? Just worried that if I knock it up today that I might mess myself up for several days. Wots the conscensus? Am 3 1/2 weeks away from my first 5k, so am really in a quandry.
