I havent pre-thought my meals very well this week.
Thursday is a nightmare ds1 has gym from 4.15 til 5pm.
So I get back about 5.20pm.
Spin is at 18.45
DH goes to the gym when I come back at 19.30.
So my question is can I have a small stir-fry about 5.30 before spin at 6.45?
Its fairly light and Im not doing any jumping or running, will I be ok or will I vomit everywhere
