I am a blob. Have about 1 stone to lose, and serious wobbly bits to tone up.
It sad, as I once trained to be a fitness instructor, and was a lean 9 stone and size 10 (even though that was 15 years ago....)
I need to 'kick-start' myself back into exercise and have been looking at a twice-weekly 'boot-camp' type thing near here - it's at 6.30 am twice a week [gulp]
Am I mad?
Is it worth it?
