But how many kilos did you shed Fluffy?

I use it, after I have done my spin class/gym.
I think it can help you boost your weightloss/tone up. It stops my legs aching the next day as well.
I know some people who have claimed they've lost weight by Power plate alone (no exercise/dieting) but I think that would take time or cost loads!

I use it to boost what I am already doing, I don't find it hurts, I really enjoy it.

I didn't shed any!! All it does is help you tone, but painfully! You have to squat etc for 10 minutes, you may as well use a bike, they don't make you ache.

I have been using one three times a week and I have gone from a 14 to a 12 and I am delighted with the results. I go to my local powerplate studio and the fact that i have booked an appointment means that I have to turn up as i was never motivated to go to the gym. I can also take my baby in the buggy which helps and he loves watching whilst I am on the machine and doesn't get bored as i am only there for 25 minutes
