Could you tell me how to put in a training program? I have one where I'm supposed to run a few minutes, walk a few minutes, then repeat.

Great. That is what I need. How do I do that?

There is a similar program at Nike+ site. I have been looking for a way to download it onto iPod so it beeps when I'm supposed to change from walk to run and vice versa.
