Swimming! Do any of you use a swim hat?

My hair is getting ruined with chlorine (and the fact I have it regularly coloured). Is there any such thing as a credible swim hat? or am I doomed to look like me granny in the pool?

Our local pool (LA Fitness) has a swmming hat policy - you have to wear them. We use speedo and we all have different colours. Ds1 is yellow, ds2 is red, ds3 (only 1 year old!) is grey, mine is pink and dh is black. My point in all this is that they come in nice colours and most people wear them anyway. The only ones who look silly in our pool are the people who forget their hats and decide to wear a blue shoe cover on their hear instead!
