Can anyone recommend a good toning / shaping dvd?

I don't really need to lose any more weight, but I do need to persuade what's left of me into a more pleasant shape.

I am pretty fit and do plenty of cardiovascular stuff.

I need some sort of programme to tone up my arms, flatten my mummy tummy, draw in my waist, maybe even slim my thighs a bit. The usual sort of stuff. Maybe something that is tailored to women post birth? (I don't mean something gentle for just post birth, I mean something that is geared towards people who likely have separated their abdomen at some point, and other pregnancy fall-out considerations).

Something I can do in under an hour a day.

Any recommendations?

Pilates is fantastic for toning - I love Windsor Pilates, its really worked for me. Google it as you can normally only buy it online or through TV infomercials etc.

This one is fab - cheap and the presenter is the great!

MTV Pilates with Ktistian MacGee - slightly cheesy and American, but very good.
