Anyone know a good exercise DVD

Hi - I'm hoping to get back into a bit of exercise, but as a single mum it's tricky for me to get out and thought a DVD might be a good idea. I'm thinking aerobic, but I haven't got much space to do complicated routines (and to be honest, my co-ordination would problem limit anything complicated!!). Any recommendations would be most welcome!

not that i have ever done it, but i have heard that davinas one is really good!

Davina's will get her results, she uses interval training which is really effective, I just find her too irritating which puts me off doing them...any excuse!

Tae Bo is good. Amazon have a good deal here, but don't be fooled, it says there are 4 dvds but two of the workouts are actually the same, one just has an extra 8 minutes option added on. Still, three for £8 is not bad.

Jillian Micheal's 30 day shred is excellent, not available in shops over here but I think you can get it through amazon, though you used to be able to view most of it on you tube as well.

If you can get past Davina's gurning, lousy taste in music and her (male) personal trainer's WAY too short shorts it's not a bad exercise DVD. Easy to do in your front room and you don't need any props.

I bought a Nell McAndrew one

Must remember to get it out

Davina is good - I personally like the music, and there's an option to turn off Davina's babbling talking at the menu. Think it's the Power of 3 workout.

Found it's really made a difference actually
