Would you go to the pool ...?

I want to go for a swim.

But half the pool is going to be taken up with swimming lessons.

So will it be:

*quiet cos no-one wants to go when lessons are on

*busy cos people don't realise there are lessons and go anyway

(I hate to swim when it's busy)

Go - just make sure you get in and out in the middle of the lesson so you aren't battling for space in the changing room...

You promise? Really?

Bizarrely our local pool is quietest on saturday afternoons, probably because it is no more than a big rectangle of water and anyone who wants to have fun goes to the fancy pool 20 miles away

Ours is busier during the week
