Hello - sorry my computer keeps freezing when i click on headers!
Am a bit behind on my training, but plan to do 7 tomorrow night. have been doing 6.25 every other night for the last week. How is yours?
Think more people on running thread are doing it? Am goging to have a look now.

oops sorry - i misread this - I'm doing the run not the swim!!!!
