I find exercise pretty boring. What is reckoned to be the most efficient form of exercise? Burn the most calories in the least amount of time?
I currently do about 40 minutes three times a week.
I go running, but am very limited in where and when I can go, and the same old route gets dull.
I went to an RPM class (a bit like spin) and loved it, but my poor arse is so bruised that I can't do another class for a week!
