I bought some rollerblades so that I can take dd to the park on her trike and push her so that I am not bored and can tone up.
It is fun and quite difficult. I know it will be good for the legs and possibly the bum, but do you think it will work for my belly or hips atall?
I did it for about half an hour as it was my first time in years. But I'm thinking if I build upto doing it for an hour 3 times a week that should be enough to tone up, wat do you think?
Also anymore fun exercise ideas welcome...
