What is best for getting rid of my baby belly? I really hate doing sit ups and I am just no good at them. There must be something other than doing 100s of sit ups.

Thanks.

Probably core stability exercises which you could do at home using a Swiss ball. Evil but very effective!

I think running helps if you can bear it.

You need to strengthen your core body muscles (that run from your pelvic bone up to your chest. Using a chin-up bar would help.

Or, I highly recommend Calanetics. It's no good just trying to work on one body area, you need to tighten it all, and Calanetics does this easily and effectively, and judt takes an hour three or four times a week (I used to do it every day though).

Borrow my son.

He's 30 weeks old, is 29 inches long and weighs 27lbs.

He's a clingy baby who wants picked up a lot.

My arms and abs were sore yesterday as he is teething now and wanted a lot of cuddles.

Otherwise, walking or hiking - uneven surfaces are good for the bones, too. And then Pilates and/or kettlebells.

I have been watching the biggest loser and those kettlebells look brilliant.
I do a lot of off road walking with a double pushchair with the equivilent of 3 stone in it. It does a fab job of my legs but doesn't seem to do anything else.
