Can anyone recommend a good sports bra please?

I am trying to lose some weight and have started jogging but they are all over the place

If you are after a cheap one I cant help but after trying many and spending a fortune on useless ones I have discovered one from Rigby and Peller. I have no idea what its called but I am a 40E and nothing moves when I have it on. It cost around 35 I think.

Don't mind the cost as long as it offers good support.

I have found shock absorber from the figleaves website to be excellent. plus you can just buy a few and return what you don't want. super easy.

wow that is really cheap. just fyi, the shock absorber offers different levels of support i think 1-4 depending on what kind of sport you do. if you really want strap em down kind of support, prob go for a 3 or 4 i think.

Shock Absorbers are wonderful! I wouldn't wear anything else. And I'm a runner who was up to an E-cup while bf-ing, so I know of what I speak!

MaggsS · 17/04/2009 17:52

I got one of the white 2's and one pink 3

Am only a 36d but just need some support to stop them moving around too much
