I have been running since beginning of Jan and am loving it!
I went for a 35 min run on Saturday (off road through Richmond Park as usual) I felt no pain and didn't seem to jolt my ankle or anything.
Sunday it started hurting, but more to the touch (ie like a bruise) than to walk on if that makes sense. I could feel it hurt a little when I walked on it but it didn't feel like a sprain really. Plus with a sprain I would expect instant pain.
I ran on it a bit yesterday but then decided to give it a rest
Today it is quite sore and has swollen up rather. Still hurts more to the touch than to walk on and is not actually painful - I can run for eg. It feels puffy.
Any ideas?
