I tend to leave it an hour if I can

Lawks · 25/03/2009 13:11

Stephen Fry says the whole leaving a gap between eating and swimming thing is a myth.

diedandgonetodevon · 25/03/2009 13:12

If you go now it'll probably be close on an hour by the time you are in the pool- is that the right answer?

mrsgboring · 25/03/2009 13:12

Was about to post almost exactly the same as Lawks. Go!
