SWIMMING - How long should Ieave after lunch before I go?

Am thinking of going for a swim this afternoon, but have only jsut had lucnh. How long would you leave it before going?

Am hoping to fit it in before school pick-up

Stephen Fry says the whole leaving a gap between eating and swimming thing is a myth.

If you go now it'll probably be close on an hour by the time you are in the pool- is that the right answer?
