I'm on a diet and doing some exercise. I have a mini stepper which I do 10 minutes on a day. My legs are starting to get smaller and are looking toned(YAY) But I don't seem to be losing any weight from my waist.

Any help is much appreicated. I'm not too good at sit ups, I never seem to get my head more than a cm off the floor.

Thanks.

great one for your waist.....
hold a tin of beans in each hand.
suck your tummy in all the way thru exercise
stand up taller and straighter than you think you can
without tilting forwards or backwards, tip to one side so the tun of beans slides down your leg towards your knee. you should feel a stretch in your waist on the other side
repeat on the other side and build up to as many reps as you can manage

NB! you shouldn't use momentum to move but use your tummy and waist muscles to pull you up to the start position. Make sure you stretch afterwards otherwise you'll end up with short muscles instead of nice long, toned ones!

it works a treat if you keep doing it!

Wii Fit tells me these are good for the waist if done every day - hold arms at shoulder height, turn to right then to left. Repeat three times. Relax. Raise arms, twist so that one arm goes down, other up. Repeat three times and relax. Then do it again.

Stand on right leg - raise right arm and left leg, then return to standing on one leg. Repeat for 10 or 20 times, then move on to other leg.

Hope its useful.
