Well I listened to the advice, watched some videos on youtube and I am so much better.
Its easier - I am still a little out of breath but its more comfortable and I think thats normal because it is a CV workout. I am gliding more and using my arms and legs more effectively.
I am def def def faster as well
I swam 44 lengths of the 30m pool in 50 minutes today - a month ago it was taking me an hour to do 40!
Really chuffed with myself.
