So I'm back to work next week and am planning to take advantage of having lunchtimes without an 11mo flinging pasta at me by going to the gym (a Virgin one)!
Anyway, I'm trying to understand what some of the classes are:
- Powerplate: only 20 mins long so sounds ideal for lunch but absolutely no clue what it is. Does it get rid of Post-Baby Wobbly Bits (TM)?
- V-Cycle: is this like spinning?
- Ab Attack: is this as violent as it sounds?
Any other classes you'd recommend?
