Hi,
I was very fit before pregnancy, now have 5 month DS and feel like Mr Blobby, I work in the fitness/health industry normally so will be happy to schedule the programme for everyone, but wanted to set up a small group 2-6 people, based from my house in Surbiton, where we can do 1-2 exercise sessions a week split into 2 groups (or people if only 2 of us), half group look after babies, half group exercise (jogging/ walking, circuit or I have a GTS trainer that is great for core training.www.totalgym.com/products/GTS.details.html
The idea is that its free, fun and structured and doesn't need childcare (don't like the creche at local gym)and my DH works long hours don't want to be running off to gym when he gets home.

So let me know if interested I can arrange something.

Maybe put this in postnatal too. There's bound to be some takers.
