Hello Wise Women of Mn

Just wondered if anyone had any experience of these for general toning/ weight loss?

I already do alot of dancing for cardio vascular, and walking with the dogs etc. I just have stubborn bits I would like to shift without resorting to liposuction!

My son is desperate for one also! He wants a six pack!

I was wondering about buying one for my home, but as I have no money it would have to be very cheap. Well free really!

Thankyou x

bought a cheap version in Sainsburys for 80 pounds. Too early to say if there are any benefits. Needs a mat underneath or ir it is incredibly noisy.

in case anyone calls this out of the archive - my Carl Lewis machine had to go back as something worked loose. There was a knocking sound, a smell of burning and I have my money back. However I would have replaced it if they had any available.

Can't really see it helping a lot with a six pack though.
