There is a gym at uni and I can use it free of charge, but I have no idea what to do! I went on the running machine for a mile, and there is a rowing machine, but apart from that it is all weights, and it is unmanned, so I can't ask anyone-are there any sites or anything that can show me how to do sit ups/push ups/core exercises/weights. I need toning, and am so excited that I have a chance to use a gym for free! Yay!
