5km runs for charity

apart from race for life, does anyone know of any other charity runs in SE/London? i need to have a training objective.

There's the Womens 5K in Hyde Park in early September (organised by the London Marathon people)

if you go to the Runners World website www.runnersworld.co.uk you can look up all the events in your area at a particular distance. You don't have to be a mega superfit wippet to do this - most races are entered by normal tortoise paced individuals. Some races will be charity organised, some may not be. Hope you find something.
