Virtual Gym Tv

Has anyone tried this yet? I've had a look at the demo and it seems quite good and is cheaper than the Wii but I wonder how easy it is to follow.

I love it - I getbored easily and this aallows me to exericse, soemtimes in shorter bursts (they do 30 min sessions) and at an energy level I like -sometimes I want an energetic burst othertimes more gentle - this was I have no excuse, no matter how I feel once I have put my children to bed! I use it on my laptop - dowloadign takes a few moments - go for it!

I have just seen t he ad for this... my netbook won't play things very well though I thought it was a TV channel
